Edinburgh Food Studio is a crowdfunded restaurant and food research hub opened by Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella. A creative venue, we combine eating and drinking with arts, sciences, fun times and banter. The quality of produce and cookery is paramount, and our head chef James Murray, and pastry chef Richard Philips ensure that only the best is served.
We conduct bits of research along the way, which this feeds into our menus and gets published here.
