Edinburgh Food Studio is a crowdfunded restaurant and food research hub. Opened in November 2015, the Studio is a creative venue combining arts and sciences with conviviality, eating, drinking and fun. We conduct research as well as holding guest chef events, and tastings. We publish the ideas, creativity and research of our myriad collaborators here.
