Jam Session: Take 2


For three nights Casper Larsen returns to Edinburgh, joining us in the kitchen, to jam with us for your dining pleasure. In Copenhagen Casper trained at Noma (michelin**), interned at Nordic Food Lab, was Chef De Partie at Studio (michelin*), and at Taller. In Hong Kong, he was Chef De Partie at Nur (michelin*), and in Toronto he held the same position at Dave Chang's infamous Daisho Momofuku.

Come and see some of his tricks, eat a delicious dinner - all at our standard price of £35 per person for the set menu. There will be an optional drinks pairing menu available for £30 per person.
