The Final Pluck - A Very Pheasant Roast

This coming Sunday 10 February we celebrate the final pluck - a very pheasant roast. With the pheasant shooting season now over, the last birds are ours, and we like to think the birds that lasted this long are the clever ones.

So for one day only, we bring you our Pheasant Roast menu £35pp - get everything below:

1. Duck Liver Parfait and Winter Leaves

2. Garlic and Potato Soup

3. 1/2 Roast Pheasant (served on or off the bone), with all the seasonal trimmings, bread sauce and gravy you’d expect from us.

4. Sticky Toffee Pudding. Done proper.

If you’re vegetarian, or don’t eat everything, you are most welcome but please let us know at the time of booking. Numbers are strictly limited due to numbers of birds. so book early to avoid disappointment.
