Our Intern Claudia Abuanza has been working on her thesis with us for months now, and the time has come for her to showcase some of her work. 

This tasting comes as the result of social research into which dishes people feel are the most iconic Scottish dishes. Following on from the research, the most iconic dishes have been picked out, and then Claudia has been playing with the recipes and techniques, reinventing these iconic Scottish classics. 

This free tasting will take place at Edinburgh Food Studio on Sunday 17th, and Monday 18th June. It will last approximately 1 hour.  We have limited spaces, so if you wish to come please book through the button below.
