Thunder from Down Under


We are super excited to host Australian Tom Halpin on 13, 14, 15 April. He looks like a serial killer, but he is also one of the most talented flavour crafting master-chefs we know. 

He's a 4 year veteran of Noma in Copenhagen, ending his time with Redzepi as Sous Chef.

Since leaving Copenhagen, he’s won Iron Chef while consulting at Ad Lib in Bangkok, Thailand.

He’s currently on a global cooking tour, this year he’s been to Thailand, Moscow, London, Malaysia, Columbia, Mexico and America. Each menu differs greatly and showing Toms response to local ingredients and techniques.

Dinner starts at 8pm, and guests are welcome from 7:30pm onwards. The set menu costs £42, and an optional drinks pairing menu will be available for £35.
