Roderick Sloan is a diver in the frozen arctic ocean. Living in Northern Noway, far into the Arctic Circle where he collects exquisite rare urchins and ancient mahogany clams. This extraordinary seafood often ends up on the tables of brilliant restaurants such as Noma in Copenhagen, or St. John in London - the last weekend in January, Edinburgh Food Studio is lucky enough to fill our fridges with his wares.
Join us for a feast of Arctic Fare on the 28, 29 and 30 January, Roderick will talk a little about his work under the ice, will introduce the amazing products he brings, and curate the menu. Expect delights very rarely (if ever) seen in Scotland - at £35 per person this one is a real bargain.
